I spoke with my broker n asked opinion on CSE vs. TSX. Surprise! Trading volume in CSE is much worse (thinner) n regulations are much looser than those of TSX. They raised eyebrows for real intention of Dundee.

Now, I see Dundee's game plan: swich to CSE, grow its position at ridiculously low prices through more share issuance, then, delist Woulfe taking advantage of loose regulations there leaving a little for other shareholders like us.

On the contrary, I spoke with my broker and said totally the opposite. He said this will help Woulfe. CSE enables companies to focus of their business while at the same time providing investors with timely information on the companies activities.

One who ponies up for Level II, it looks like it'll cost me a few more bucks if I want to maintain Level II for WOF.  These Cdn markets are really quite the joke.  To get meaningful Level II data, you have to subscribe to each of TSX, TSXV, the ATS's and CNSX, all of which of course add to the bottom line. But at least in December the cost of Stockhouse's real time data ...more

Sure that is Dundee's plan.......  Ned just bought a third of the CSE and then he is trying to screw us over, only to further destroy the reputation of the CSE and devalue his investment.  That is such a savie business move.......
