Time for Justice!
Ned's resignation was not his choice. He had to resign to free him from encumbrance associated with his fiduciary duty as Woulfe director. Had he truly acted in the best interest of Woulfe by putting best efforts in soliciting better financing deal thru other investors or IMC, he wouldn't have to resign. Have you all forgotten the funny incident of him resigning right before 1 mil. financing (solely underwritten by Dundee) and rushing back after the closing last year? The same reason!!! What a joke!!! Come on, shareholders. It is time for justice! Pick up the phone to your broker and give instruction to vote "against" on the Mar. 7 EGM agenda!!! It's time to tell them we won't be screwed any more.

Already did that myself through the proxy website. There is no reason for preferred stock at all, and no reason to give Dundee extraordinary powers. For that matter changing what exchange we're listed on should have been on that ballot as well.

Gaius, Totally agree! Switch to other exchange is such a material issue to all shareholders and must be asked for approval. It is particularly the case when the new exchage is Ned's backyard with 1/3 ownership and an executive position. Another case of complete ignorance of minority shareholders!!!

Who is screwed? Please explain how this has or is happening,oh wait,I know,Ned is getting free shares,so he is a bad guy.I shouldn't forget to add that, dilution is here also, except I know better than to believe the same old"pinksheet" company inference, that has been harped on for numerous years,by those with some personal agenda in mind.

I own 100,000 (not much i know), but i voted no to both choices. As you guys say, maybe our voice might make a difference. I just hope that we get some forward movement at some point. If Ned Goodman and Warren Buffet's company still are in, then i will stick around, but i hate to see us selling ourselves too cheap.

Well metalguy, in my opinion, Ned resigned because he doesn't have to focus on Wof anymore because he already has all his duck lined up in a row and his minions in place on the board. Thus his presence is no longer required. This frees his time up to focus on other things or targets.

Great post. Unfortunately you have some very valid points. I'm surprised being a long term holder like myself for several long years you are choosing to bail out right at this good/bad precipice of change in the company.. I have so much investment fatigue with WOF I’ve turned belligerent -in that I’d rather see my shares sink to 0 value than sell at this price.
