Big Picture.....
- Lets say 350K shares are traded daily (which most of the time fewer shares are traded, but we will use this number for the simplicity of calculations).
-With 350M o/s (we round it again for the simplicity of calculations), that means only 0.001% are traded daily.
- Lets assume trading is every Mon-Fri, which gives us 260 (5x52) trading days.
- Lets assume that every share traded are by unique shareholders throughout the year.
- This means only 0.26% (260 x 0.001%) of the shareholders are trading or 99.74% are holding their shares annually.
- We have a major shareholder who have excized their option to maintain their 10% ownership.
- We have another major shareholder who is taking advantage of the opportunities to increase their share ownership through the issuance of new shares.
- We have a partner willing to purchase our final product and has provided additional loans and extended additional loans to tie us over until we get to production.
Based upon these facts, what do you think is the probability of this stock Not getting to Production? So is the risk worth it?

The outstanding shares for Woulfe Mining will not increase. The IMC deal is based on the Sangdong tungsten assets. IMC will not receive shares of stock in the company.

....and you may be right GO. If the number of o/s doesn't increase, then the NPV decreases by 25% as IMC owns that portion of the resource.

Isn't the price of tungsten not important? Wasn't IMC going to be sold 90% of all the tungsten at our mine as per the agreement? If that is the case, I don't think the actual price that tungsten is trading at will be relavant, although, this was quite a while ago so my memory is a bit foggy on this. Chizzles

The price of tungsten is important, but I am sure IMC will get a discount off the market price. I would also think the price they would pay would adjust periodically to market rates.

This is the day: @ High Noon that the Big Picture will be revealed. Possibly a major suprise and finally the speculation will come to an end. And; WOF will be wolfing onto CSE. as a top volume trader and price increase performer saying goodbye to most day traders, speculators and attracting major international institutional investors. Best of luck to all Do Your DD

I guess it all depends on your definition of rich, but $400K could buy some nice antique cars.
