Wow, I guess there was some push back from shareholders regarding the EGM. - no vote on special rights and restrictions on the approved preferred shares. - Dundee can have majority of directors only if they hold min. 20% of shares and not 5% as originally proposed.

No one else did at the time though, so I suppose your lack of faith can be forgiven, as can everyone else's.  No one believes retail investors can make a difference until the first time they do.  No one believes that they even agree with some of the major investors until the first time they do. Well, it's not a complete win . . . they still got the preferred shares, but there was enough resistence that for now those shares get NO preferrential treatment.  Further the debenture offering values Woulfe quite strongly at $0.065 by 2019.  Think about that for a moment and discount against the current price based on the IMPLIED value now given their warrants with a strike price

Can someone tell me in laman's terms..did the preferred shares vote pass?

I believe it has. I didn't bother attending the EGM as I sold most of my shares after the loan extension was announced. I was hoping for more but in the absence of meaningful news I had better opportunities elsewhere.  I'll be watching carefully to see when to rebuild my position, most likely late spring early summer hopefully when people are dumping for the perrenial sell in may and
