Adrammelech = StockExpertPro?

Hey SEPtic, Adrammelech I know that's you little buddy! You can come out from the shadows and tell us who you really are now. It's OKAY, i promise you, cross my heart. Perhaps you're jealous that our Woulfe Mining will be one of the few World Class Tungsten mines in the world that will actually make a profit. You should have held your shares instead of selling like a BIG loser. North American Tungsten is a bottomless money pit. If you want answers from Mr. Marleau call him! I'm sure he'd love to speak with you.

As a reply I have been in this stock years before SEP and whatever you want to call yourself and I would never lower myself to the spam postings, I think it is worse for the small market that reads these posts and only the real technical information should be looked at. I am still at a profit even though I skimmed off a few at the top and because I have looked at the numbers all the way through ...more

Adrammelech if you were SEPtic, I would have muted you a long time ago. I also have to say, I have the very same concerns as you. Dundee Capital won't waste time on small time investments. They look out for long life profitable revenue streams and WOF(IMO) meets that criteria. The potential reality now is that they will take control of this company and eventually take it private over the ...more

I hope you are righ about WOF being more independent, I must say I am afraid that none of the board is anymore... My nightmare is that the announcement will be made after so many of these grants/ warrents/ debentures/ dilution that WOF is going private for 300% of 10 cents and everyone assumes Dundee saved a hapless company... I had this baby pegged at close to $3.00 (including moly mind you) a ...more

Curious Adrammelech, how do you come up with 300% of 10 cents? I guess if Woulfe went private that means that they have to buy out our shares? How do they come up with the price they would have to pay us? Thanks in advance, Chizzles

That number I just through out there. The reason why I say that is that Dundee, if they were up to something like that, would need to make it look like they were buying out a bankrupt and poorly run company. With the 300% premium it makes it look good like they are the savior of the stock and its' ever so important shareholders like us. In no means am I saying it is going to happen, but one ...more

[quotechizzles] You mean IF they decided to pay us. They'd most likely just make up a number and then pay out SOME of that as a dividend, so it isn't that you may get $0.30 for Woulfe stock, but they may split the companies, they may do it as a sale and dividend, or they may just sell it under the table to IMC and receive handsome bonuses later.  Goodman probablby has a case of ...more
