I’m quite cynical of Dundee... I think it is an attempt to keep the share price down. They are probably going to announce another round of financing very shortly for the remainder of the money required for this year. I also think it is exactly the same reason why the website hasn't been updated yet. They haven't finished acquiring enough of Woulfe at next to nothing prices. Why would you

I quite agree with you, Ahrg., they are manipulating the SP right under our eyes. Another thing bothers me for an while : the great differences between CSE and OTC. Maybe I see it wrong but C.WOF closed yesterday at + 5.26% and WFEMF at - 3.5 % %. Seems like a large spread for arbitrage to me, and this happens almost every day. Don't shoot me if I said something stupid ;-) Friendly regards

I am in agreement too.... I was thinking the second round of financing of $2m-$5m would come some time before September, but now I am thinking the financing will be done some time in May... "Sell in May.... and Go Away"..... Perhaps they are counting on this old adage for further share price depression, to time their financing. .....this is speculation on my part, but I am sure

Kilgor, Dundee Corporation cashed in over 34 million warrants on March 11, 2014. for the additional $4.5 million that was needed for the work plan. Combined with the initial $4 million offering, Woulfe should currently have around $9+ million to complete all of the additional drilling and work program before finalizing financing with the bank and IMC. Steamerlane, I try to do a lot of research and DD on this stock. I'll continue to post on this message board despite the fact that some snooty Canadians or South Koreans don't want me to. Isn't it ironic that I'm practically the last man standing on this long term investment in Woulfe. Another one bites the dust by Queen should be the theme song for this message board.
