"Acquisition carried out privately".... I interpreted it as Dundee aquired the Warrants but did not exercise them. I had to dig for its real meaning which is the following..... "An exercise of  warrants requires two transactions, both using code 54, to record the disposition of the warrants and the acquisition of the underlying security itself (i.e. common shares, trust ...more
