Granted we are not fond of share dilution, but doesn't it say something when a small firm and the president of the mine are willing to take shares in lieu of cash?  I think so.

Looks like we will be steadily diluted..  I guess no immediate cash injection is expected if they are gungho about this.. Can't say if this is exactly comforting a far as IMC participation goes.. If they are giving shares for their $10m, I don't expect much returns any time soon.. Disappointing..

I don't see any indication of"steady dilution".I see where some debts were settled with shares,in lieu of cash, which indicates someone was willing to weigh the risk and didn't see any concern.

YES ; it is possible that IMC's debt could be be settled with shares @ .10 / .11 cents, in lieu of cash. Indeed this will indicate that IMC is willing to weigh the risk and will remain in the picture as a major partner and shareholder,as a major long term purchaser of the Tungsten from WOF once the mine gets into production. Thanks.. Let's hope that is still the case.. IMC definitely managed to stretched this out..
Comment by kilgor on May 28, 2014 8:27am
IMC stretching this out is a matter of opinion.... IMC wasn't satisfied with the NI 43-101 and according to their DD, and they wanted drill results from drill cores 20m apart. IMC stated this 26 months ago and provided a $5m loan. Last year IMC provided a second $5m loan and extended the maturity date of the first loan. We are now into our third year since the initial loan and IMC ...more

Kilgor, good post. This is exactly what is happening, yet will all who read this pay attention,or will conjecture be their focus???

And I'm glad they did.  They caused enough FUD for me to be able to accumulate a significant number of shares of what so far is the largest potential tunsten mine in the free world that will be ready to start producing within a year.  If they'd closed the deal last year I'd have managed to accumulate, at best. a quarter of what I have now and at a much higher average price. & ...more
