Is Woulfe Mining on the verge of bankruptcy?
It appears that Woulfe Mining was recently sued in small claims court in Canada. Based on this recent company update on the CSE website. Apparently Woulfe Mining could not afford to pay the small settlement and chose to settle the claim by offering shares of Woulfe Mining stock. The company appears to be running low on cash and on the verge of bankruptcy. Perhaps this could explain why there has been no updates on the drilling program. Cheers! I think there is nothing to worry about. Dundee would not let this fall over at this point. I would expect Woulfe to hold of paying any debts until absolutely required. Wouldn't anyone run a cash strapped company in the same way?

Moral of the Troops seems to be low around here. In comparison with investors like Dickles I'm a very smell fish but I have WFEMF at a nice average. I.m.h.o. - agreeing with Ahrg - seen the numbers of shares Dundee has accumulated, they won't let us down.
