held this stock many years ago before the name change ....I seem to recall it used to be call Oriental Minerals sold and made some money started accumulating today any new updates on this stock??? thanks

You come near the time of a potentially cuspal event.  I suggest that if you want a position, you're going to have to buy it in a small amount of time, which would subsequently increase the cost.  However if the lab results came back and IMC signs the deal (I figure 3rd week in April for the results and for them to deliberate over them) the cost will go up . . . significantly

Managed to load up today 100K shares didn't think it would fill Now the wait I suppose thanks for the info edmed

Welcome to the community.  You'll be able to tell when you start chewing your fingernails every time Woulfe is late filing a report (not an uncommon thing). I get the sense that management cares little for paperwork.
