The positive about this is that we are paying with shares, as per their value, not raising money (through Dundee) to pay the fees, giving them a share and a warrant for the same price. As bad as it looks, this is acually a positive. And as Wolfry said, they must know something and are willing to take shares instead of us raising more money through additional financing. Very interesting point of view "chizzles"; "YES" it appears that they are cleaning the accounting books prior to any major announcement. ( a few days ago I predicted the upcoming dilution as the stock was being held back between .09 & .11, again, hope this is the end of the issuance of shares for debt and the books are now in order). I don't believe that issuance increased the authorized share count (purely Dilutive) it merely comes out of the pile of authorized shares held by the company for financing activities (passively dilutive) and hence doesn't decrease our total ownership of the company except indirectly. At least that's the way I read it.  I certainly saw no request for an increase in the authorized ...more
