I know that this is not a big deal but Mr. Hein Poulus, chairman of Resinco Capital Partners just bought 225 000 shares of RIN...Woulfe is the only holding worth anything in their portfolio and there hasn't been any insider buying in a LONG time of RIN...again, not a big deal because it was for .005 but it is still a positive development.... Woulfe is a stock purchased in lots of 10k shares or so.  RIN would be a stock that would be purchased (following the decimal) in 100k to 250k lots.  Frankly I would consider a stock at 1/20th of a cent to be desperately in need of a reverse split.  If the price goes down from there, then it should have.  I'd chaulk it down to a "Massive Fail".  No one

Gaius, RIN is not trading a 1/20th of a cent, it is trading at half a cent.

D'oh My bad.  Sorry, I misread the quote. Getting it even at half a cent might be hard,  that's the bid, and probably a market maker.  You'd end up paying a penny at the ask, and about 3/4 of a cent if you're lucky and can find someone with a hidden AON limit order in between. I'll still stick with Woulfe despite how grossly overweight I am on this particular
