CEO/CFO Certification

Need a little help....on the CSE webpage, there is a CEO and CFO Certification that was released today...I have no idea what it means. Can someone read this and help me out? Thank you in advance.. Chizzles

Means nothing. Go to Sedar and view MD&A and Financials.

Means a fair deal in the US where if the CEO and CFO aren't certified the stock can't be listed,  If, as someone says, they were going to become a US grey market stock they wouldn't have bothered with the certification.  That, along with their recnetly financials, will likely be sent to the OTC to maintian their current "Pink Sheet" status rather than gonig to the ...more
