Dundee and Almonty

Dundee was part of the original listing placement. Excerpts from 2011-09-23

Private Placement
In connection with the Transaction, Almonty Sub completed a brokered private placement financing of approximately 17 million subscription receipts (the “Subscription Receipts”) for $1.00 per subscription receipt on August 26, 2011 through a syndicate of agents led by Cormark Securities Inc. and including Byron Capital Markets Ltd., Dundee Securities Limited and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (collectively, the “Agents”) for gross proceeds of approximately $17 million (the “Financing”).

· Investors participating in the Financing will own in the aggregate 16,963,840 representing approximately 45.8%

This merger was Dundee's plan all along. Regardless, and based on financials, Almonty management is where I want to put my money.

I'll be adding below .08c in the next 30 days. Might as well start a position in Almonty while I'm at it...numbers are impressive

This is the third time I ...more

I have a level 2 screen shot of Dundee selling small quatities of Wof shares somewhere on my disk storage. I was monitoring them doing this for a few weeks a while back. I then proceeded to send Michael Gauthier an email regarding this issue. He never responded, however the small lots of share selling stopped under Dundees name a day or two later. Coincidence???.....but they continued under other ...more

They were boringly, predictably, selling about 400 shares near the close in order to insure a low close each day. . . Not enough shares to make it worth hiding an order, since the commission would kill your average, but enough to keep the average closing price as low as possible. Now if the Woulfe price was computed for each day based on that days WEIGHTED average price it would make a HUGE ...more

Thank you Guest308 for pointing out the role of Dundee in the initial funding of Almonty.  Shows what 17M can do in the right hands. Buying Almonty is not easy, as there are very few shares available. On the chance this merger goes through, it would be easier to buy WOF shares as long as they stay capped at 8c.  AII has 6.5M shares of retail float. Excluding institutions and insiders ...more
