Conversion

Exactly, so if AII is $1 X.0942 = woulfe gets 9.42 cents.  Higher AII, Higher WOF

Are you guys for real ? They are not talking in cents.. These are ratio of AII shares based on AII range of share price.. Read the news release, higher AII share price, less Woulfe share holder gets in AII shares ..
Comment by Tungger on Feb 02, 2015 4:35pm
That is true, until AII goes above 85 cents and then the ration is fixed at .0942, meaning AII above 85  gives woulfe a higher price.  Example AII at 95cents X.0942= woulfe 89 cents

Typo woulfe .089 cents, sorry

What I read in the conversion ratio is this.. Woulfe has a fixed .08 per share value..  Where as they are saying, Almonty can have a range.. If AII share price moves up, Woulfe share holder will get fewer Almonty share in exchange.. And they clearly lay it out.. On the low end, if AII trades at say 0.65 per share on closing, Woulfe share holder will get 0.1231 share of AII for every 1 share ...more
