Exactly, so if AII is $1 X.0942 = woulfe gets 9.42 cents. Higher AII, Higher WOF

Are you guys for real ? They are not talking in cents.. These are ratio of AII shares based on AII range of share price.. Read the news release, higher AII share price, less Woulfe share holder gets in AII shares ..

That is true, until AII goes above 85 cents and then the ration is fixed at .0942, meaning AII above 85 gives woulfe a higher price. Example AII at 95cents X.0942= woulfe 89 cents
