Due Diligence

Does anyone who has experienced a merger know if: With one month, do we usually get our answer if they are satisfied within the month or do the details only become public at some point after? Just wondering how long we have to wait to find out our next step. Also, do details of the original offer get adjusted or does it stay as is? Thanks in advance Chizzles

At this point it's a matter of negotiations,and the one month estimate given in the PR,is only their goal,but this could drag on for months.The problem the public has is,they didn't include any details,which I find strange,could be this was sort of a quick decision,which lacked any in depth discussions.The original offer most likely is being discussed in meetings with any large ...more

Any information should be made public to all shareholders at the same time.  The fact that information is very lacking and there has been no promotion of our stock by our management is why we need to replace them. They are not working in our best interest.  There has been delay after delay and in the meantime Dundee is collecting more shares as interest payments.  Talk about ...more

As each party completes their DD, we get an update along the way.. If the deal changes due to what 3rd party advisors have recommended, we will hear about it..  And of course if some one else steps up, we will know about it.. So really when we hear next depends on the progress each party makes.. They have laid out a fairly tight time line so that suggests this has been going on for a while.. ...more
