Just a thought....

If dundee was to blow the $100 mil on a buyout of Woulfe, wouldn't they still have to come up with the $74 mil Capex to bring the mine into production. There is still the IMC deal of $35 mil less the outstanding loan. My uneducated guess, if indeed Dundee is our saviour and  proceeds with construction and buyout, that would be approx. 14 cents a share. Correct me if I'm Wrong. All JMHO.

Hope you are wrong! Although that more than doubles the current price. This is the first stock that I own that might be bought out...so I have a question. Let's just say the $100 million is to buy out Woulfe, since Dundee already owns about 1/4 or 1/3 (I don't remember exactly how many) of WOF shares, wouldn't they only have to buy out the remaining shares? If that is the case, maybe ...more

This is all hypothetical and pure speculation so far but, you do raise a good question. My opinion on this is that since Dundee is not a single company it would not be inconceivable that the shares of Woulfe presently held by Dundee would be bought out along with the rest of us. They would get the cash and still own all of Woulfe within their group of companies. This is just my 2cents worth ...more

Get real folks. Read the press release. This has nothing to do with selling or investing in Woulfe.

Nobody here said it did. This is just wishful thinking on the part of of some very frustrated Woulfe investors. What part of "hypothetical and pure speculation" didn't you understand? I must have Been mistaken. I thought this was a discussion forem where we could fill in time with some legitimate questions on various possibilities until such time that the company does release some ...more
