Almonty
For me this is good news, Dundee is finally out of the management at Sandong. Almonty were very shrude in their thinking, if you cannot buy the whole company do the next best thing and buy out the major stakeholder. Dundee was willing to sell the first time around so no surprise there. For those who think 12% is high go and look at other deals made by junior miners and I am not talking about ones in dire straights like Woulfe. Now we have people who know how to run a project of this nature and I am convinced that it will help in the deal with IMC. Also keep in mind were are going to replace financial guys from Dundee with mining guys from Almonty, big plus from my standpoint. Would I have liked a deal at 5% and shares at 0.25 heck yeah, but this is reality, I am willing to give the runner a chance and see what they can do. So can we wait for their plans regarding the mine before we say it's not good. After all we survived the Wesson's and Dundee, surely they should a reward in the end for us small shareholders.

Oddly enough, the NR was just released on the CSE webpage, but there is nothing written about Dundee and all of the agreements between them and Almonty, just the one million debenture financing.
