CEO Black and other named directors to WOF

The latest and advanced abundance of mineral processing technological knowhow for the efficient extraction of tungsten from its ore is in China.

It was a technological hurdle for the Wessons, and so for the Dundee clan.

Not so for CEO Black and his team.

CEO Black and his team have a proven track record to taking tungsten mines that are down in the dumps, and turning them around effectively and very efficiently.

Please enjoy the following read, in particular how CEO Black himself (a hands-on CEO) turned around a tungsten play in Spain......

Here's the link:

I hope the link works out for you, it's a good read, and gives us all incite to the man who is now at the helm of WOF.....  GLTA  longs.

BTW..... and FWIW, I'm certainly not a pumper.... just a frustrated fella like the rest of you who thinks this just might be a better chance for us than what we had with Gaucher......

Takeover, merger whatever you want to call it is done. The only question now is what the conversion rate they will set.

I concurr.... this is good news.  The only questions I now are: isn't there a conflict of interest having a CEO run two competing firms in the same industry? How can he represent the best interests of both? Is our new CEO and the team going to leave Almonty (sometime in the future) and be solely dedicated to our company. After all, their mine will be exhausted in two years. If ...more

Lewis Black, Antonio Correa de Sá and Michael Galego have only been nominated. I expect there to be push-back from the existing board. This whole 'takeover' from Almonty is bizzare. The only way this has happened is if the current board has been bought off by Almonty. Either way, we are probably screwed.

All the people on the BOD currently are Ned's cronies.  Now Ned is gonna replace them with his Almonty buddies.  What is so bizzare about that? (like that doesn't happen everyday).  Already this is shaping up to be very unethical. They better tread very lightly.

Seems that way Chrisp.... This whole Almonty presence makes me very worried.... They tried to steal the company with a low ball offer and will do it again until they are sucuessful. This Feels similar to a family advisory who you thought was gone for good has suddenly made a reappearance in your life trying to get back in. hope this works out for the best and aligns with shareholders interests.. ...more

This is exactly the point that I was trying to make when I said that this worried me. It is all about what WE get out of it, not the capability of our new team.

In 2 years, Woulfe will not exist..  If IMC is aboard, then pretty soon Almonty will come along and offer 1 share of AII.V for 10 shares of WOF.V..  Same ratio that Dundee got.. Mind you, IMC agreement and 0.30 per share in MOU is probably up in the air and we have no idea how the locals will react.. I guess, a lot of news to come over next 6-12 months..

Yeah, it looks like a 10-1 ratio for Almonty shares. Wasn't it an 8-1 ratio in January that upset all of us? We might get less than the original offer, which I didn't think was possible. I thought that we rejected the offer to get better. I guess time will tell.

I think ratio is about the same.. When they offered .08, AAI.V was trading higher and they had pegged it to AAI.V share price.. Too many things we don't know yet to nail this down but at worst,  we get AAI.V shares and if every thing come to pass, we may go to equivlent of WOF.V at 0.45 high or so which was about 3 years ago ? Either I live long enough to see it or it will go into my ...more
