Almonty Industries Inc. to Acquire Woulfe Mining Corp. and Become the Leading International Tungsten Company

Almonty Industries Inc. (AII.V) (“Almonty”) and Woulfe Mining Corp. (CSE:WOF, Frankfurt:OZ4) (“Woulfe”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into an arrangement agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”), pursuant to which Almonty and Woulfe will proceed with a business combination in which Almonty will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Woulfe by way of a court approved plan of arrangement (“Arrangement”).

So after many years of trials and tribulations it has come to this:  7 cents per share   - an offer price which needless to say is very disappointing.   But the good news,  I guess, is that we shareholders go from weak hands to stronger ones.  If the deal goes through,  significant value appreciation from Sangdong will have to come through Almonty, which I think it ...more

Sigh... probably like a lot of other unfortunate people in this forum my breakeven is now ALL being at 1.30 range. Positive is that I could actually imagine ALL getting to that price valuation... Another positive is that at least I can now sell my shares again. My broker didn't support the mickey mouse CSE...
