C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price

The WFEMF share price is 34% lower than C.WOF

The ALMTF share price is 24% lower than V.ALL

The share price of C.WOF is 10.3% of the V.ALL share price

The share price of WFEMF is 8.9% of the ALMTF share price

How many shares will WFEMF shareholders get out of the proposed deal?

Thanks

For M&A purchases direct ADR's are considered stock on an 1:1 basis, so WFEMF holders will get the same (.07 CDN) that WOF.C shareholders, though we might get it in ALMTY instead of whatever symbol it is they use in Canada. Doesn't this totally switch the term of all swapped stock to "long term"?

So the owners of WFEMF make 34% on their current shares when the conversion occurs? If that's the case, why are so few shares of WFEMF trading? Even if WFEMF shares are converted 1:10 to ALMTF shares, WFEMF holders make 8.9% on the conversion.  Thanks for your reply.

Guess investors are prudent in their trades as the deal is not officialy done yet. I like Woulfe but without a real venture / take over, we are just sitting ducks as long as there is no financing. Grtz from Antwerp.

This is, unfortunately, the conclusions I've reached as well.  Almonty would have been a good initital choice but at the time its price was high for a producer with mines running on tailings . . . Perhaps with Sangdong they can do a proper job of it for the next 40 years or so.  There's certainly enough ore that Almonty won't be out of the business soon, and who knows, maybe ...more

Convert the shares to $CDN first then see your margins... In general how to play the merger is see the 10:1 ratio. If AII is at .70, then up to .07 WOF or 0.055225 WFEMF, then you are winning on the exchange. Almonty went up recently because of some insider buys before the news came out, so they understand what is going on. Still want at least .10 cash with the shares.. GLTA Longs Adrammelech

So at the current WFEMF price of .046 there would be a 19.5% profit when Woulfe shares are converted to Almonty shares.  Thanks

WFEMF is an ADR whose price is based on a 1:1 basis with WOF, so the conversion for WFEMF to ALMMTF will be identical to the conversion from C.WOF to V.ALL.  The relative prices those issues trade at are reset on days when they would otherwise open too far apart, and the issuer of the ADR arbitrages the issues so they stay VERY close. So yes, though there are sometimes advantages of buying ...more
