Merger

I am ok with the merger as it ia our only hope but my only concern and have seen this done before is Almonty doing a roll back post merger to wipe out all WOF shareholders.  The share price will drop immediately post merger do to selling then a financing with mention of a roll back will take place so they can get there shares back leaving us long term WOF holders out in the dark with a large loss.  Hopefuly this doesn't happen but this is my biggest fear with this deal!

Any thoughts?

so they can get there shares back leaving us long term WOF holders out in the dark with a large loss. I am assuming, you are referring to potential reverse split.. If that is the case, every share holder of Almonty is equally effected.. There is no way to limit damage only to Woulfe share holders who accepted Almonty shares..

It is with the financing post consolidation that the AII stakeholders will make hay. Warrants will be attached and options will be issued. It will take some time. Do not be surprised to see Dundee involved in future Almonty financings.
