Merger will take Almonty to way over $1 shortly.

Given the combined NAV (Net Asset Value) of both companies and Almonties expertise in the mining of Tungsten it is believed that quite a few investing international institutions are just waiting for tomorrow's vote to be YES as many client investors see an opportunity for substantial profit.

CEO Black will be going on BNN, New York and Europe to promote Almonty plus AII will  be paying a dividend.

If you are attending the meeting tomorrow, please give us an update after.

Good Luck to all as this will be my last Post on WOF's board.

I'de prefer renvestment in stead of dividends. Once the taxman in the "Colonies" takes his share, his fellow-European collegue whipes off the rest. But as usual we have no saying with this ..... Anyway, better a merge that nothing i.m.h.o.

Yes, I agree, I look forward to seeing all of you at AII. There is one scenario that worries me. It seems like they fixed the price of WOF ad AII to do the merger. Since then, WOF has been held down to 0.06, and are making it impossible to go any higher. In the meantime, AII ha jumped up to .87 from what was 0.52 at the time. Is it possible that they are again fixing the price to present the ...more

Almonty's share price is inflated due to low volume of shares in circulation and their share buy-back program.  It will come back down post merger. Can we short Almonty's stock?

Kilgor, I know that you are upset about the merger but it is what it is. Why do you think the share price will go down if a strong company capable of producing and has a greater chance of financing combined with the largest body of tungsten outside of china? Even if the terms aren't great, we should finally get into production. My guess is that an official merger will put Almonty's (our ...more

Post merger only the weak hands will sell their AII.V because none of the current AII share holders are parting with their shares and none of the new institutional players from Woulfe will sell.. So if some one wants to cut off the nose to spite etc.. go for it..

Reason has prevailed!!!!  At least now we have a future..... I see it the same way as TechOne. There will be enough buyers just waiting for the weak hands to give away their shares after merger. Including myself, I have also been waiting on the sidelines since the first attempt of Almonty to merge. Now that its done; I'll be one of those just waiting for those cheap shares. As TechOne ...more

Chizzles.... I am not upset..... it is what it is...... the votes are in... the chips will fall where they may.......too late to cry over spilt milk.....water under the bridge..... I was being facetious in my previous post. And due to the state of the global economy and the fact that Almonty has to pay 1.7M euros over the next year for the other 75% of the Valtreixal Project, plus build ...more

....facetious about shorting...

Anybody who bought THIS stock for short term profits was an idiot.  This was obviously a long horizon payoff from the beginning.

The judge is not going to parse share prices etc.. Not his / her job.. He will make sure all rules were followed and voters gave the required votes in terms of % of shares etc.. and there is no major objection raised by any one to the merger that has any basis for not allowing the merger.. Over 97% + of share holders voted "For" the merger..
