Merger will take Almonty to way over $1 shortly.
Given the combined NAV (Net Asset Value) of both companies and Almonties expertise in the mining of Tungsten it is believed that quite a few investing international institutions are just waiting for tomorrow's vote to be YES as many client investors see an opportunity for substantial profit.
CEO Black will be going on BNN, New York and Europe to promote Almonty plus AII will be paying a dividend.
If you are attending the meeting tomorrow, please give us an update after.
Good Luck to all as this will be my last Post on WOF's board.

I'de prefer renvestment in stead of dividends. Once the taxman in the "Colonies" takes his share, his fellow-European collegue whipes off the rest. But as usual we have no saying with this ..... Anyway, better a merge that nothing i.m.h.o.

Almonty's share price is inflated due to low volume of shares in circulation and their share buy-back program. It will come back down post merger. Can we short Almonty's stock?

Post merger only the weak hands will sell their AII.V because none of the current AII share holders are parting with their shares and none of the new institutional players from Woulfe will sell.. So if some one wants to cut off the nose to spite etc.. go for it..

Anybody who bought THIS stock for short term profits was an idiot. This was obviously a long horizon payoff from the beginning.

The judge is not going to parse share prices etc.. Not his / her job.. He will make sure all rules were followed and voters gave the required votes in terms of % of shares etc.. and there is no major objection raised by any one to the merger that has any basis for not allowing the merger.. Over 97% + of share holders voted "For" the merger..
