 I don't think the debenture is the news. They are pretty standard

if there is other news and its positive it would be the best kept secret i've ever seen.. the stock is down today, albeit only 3 cents.. but still down.. insiders would have bid this up if huge news was coming

 These are the same guys who caught everyone offguard with the take-over. Than again with the dividend and sustainable  growth plan. I think they would absolutely catch everyone off guard with news

There may be other news, but I suspect right now that it is the debenture offering.  Although, they are "common", this is a fair amount relative to the size of the current debt level and size of the company.  Again, I am one that does not like increasing debt so I personally view(as in- not looking for a fight) this as a negative.  That being said, as I am still not

CHE.UN had a halt yesterday to announce financing.    Halts for financing news are also pretty standard AFAIK.
