Sprott Resource Corp is a major shareholder, personally I am not a big fan of them.

Do they have a lock up period on their shares, do you know?  If they don't a lot of this selling can be them covering redemptions right now.  When a fund has redemptions they sell a cross section of holdings to cover the redemption amounts.

LRE has a 20% payout ratio..Very low.They started divi at 3.25 a month then raised it to 3.5.One has to look at the big picture.All oils gas getting creamed. Funds selling or buying do not really care about the company.Just a name with a dollar amount........Screaming for a update or whats maybe wrong is ludricous.They are just as disturbed and wondering WTF is going on............As long as oil ...more
