LRE (second lowest EV/DACF of 2.8,reserves $6 and $29,000 / flowing )
CIBC gave LRE the second highest potential return over the next year (173%)
and that's based on a share price at that time of $2.17

2.17? f* yeah! its' a screaming buy and bargain at 1.65 - if people buy it up then shareholders make money and sell right at 2.17 perhaps more! - let all those suckers push it up to $6 and kill the shorts along the way. send this pdf around, if every person in this planet and even if they just buy 1/1,000,000,000 of a share - it will reach that target by 4pm close. c'mon everyone get to ...more
