Kevin O'Leary is a actor with a bachelor degree in bachelor's degree in environmental studies and anthropology (plus a 2-year MBA).  His comments are bent on sensationalization in an attempt to boost his personal TV ratings.  He knows nothing.

Totally agree - he is entertaining on Shark Tank but he has no business opining on the price of oil
