You can get top 10 to 20 short position from TMX website for free. There has to be other sites that offer for free. Nasdaq stock you can get if for free. Some platfrom have it. Quite a few service providers off short position information.  The short position report is issued every 15 day period & is delayed by 3 to 4 day. You can get it from  www.stockwatch.com with any package
