Traded to 35. Not a good sign

They are convertable, means when the time comes the company can issue shares for them.   I think the convertable price was over 7.  So not worth much

it is the debenture's holders, of course, who can call the convertion not LRE.

Looks to me like the holders would get shares if they go to 2019   On January 28, 2014, the Corporation issued $75.0 million principal amount of convertible unsecured subordinated debentures at par. Yeah. By the shareholder!  Lol.   If it were the other way around, the company would convert them now and take the debt off the books.  Lol

That's not how it works. There is no forced conversion.  Conversion is done by bond holder.
