LRE will retrace its losses to a dollar and beyond. The company's finance and investment strategy is premised on WTI averaging $52.50 in 2015. Fortunately for shareholders that number is exceedingly conservative and sets the stage for LRE to easily surpass expectations (surprise to the upside).

I think the $52.50 price is conservative but I woudn't call it exceedingly conservative. If oil prices would increase 20% by the end of the year, average 52.50 for they year and finish at $60 I would be happy. We haven't averaged 52.50 so far this year and we are heading into the worst quarter for oil prices. I likie a conservative approach by management. I bought back into LRE after
