Perfect set up

For a double .66 bottom. Just like this did with what we thought on the 1.00 double bottom. There must be debt issues to be under the moving averages like this.

Indeed.  IMO if by issues you mean - significant, then Yes there are debt issues.  But they are managable provided oil stays over 52 for intermediate term.  LRE has considerable plus side to fairly offset the debt - they must however, demonstrate reduction - else they get pummelled again.  They need to be righting the company back to dividend paying ability status and that ...more
