I expect that confidence in financing will occur before closing but it is rational for the market to be cautious at this point.  This isn't a deal like a known North American company like Sprott announcing participation in the PP or a bank's bought deal. Surely LRE has checked out the capability of MIE being in a position to raise the financing so perhaps the LRE CEO will shed some

they woudn't anounce this deal if it wasn't possible! They have to pay down debt, if this deal doesn't work, well it's bye bye then. plus, LRE has some good assets and I am sure Chinese will make it work.
