I agree that LRE is lowering the risk but the share dillution will definitely limit the upside. I would strongly disagree that LRE "More than any other oil stock , LongRoad offers exceptional leverage to rising energy prices" .... There are many stocks with greater upside. I'm still comfortable holding this stock. Good luck

Peter, dilution means nothing if the new shares don't become free trading. I strongly suspect the shares from the financing will not be free-trading, ever.

I think that information will have to be disclosed prior to the vote? Has it already been disclosed?
