I was thinking about the stock and when it hits 10 cents
technically is a share worthless to the holder at all times? like onceyou remove it from the market it no longer affects share price?

Technically; after a company is delisted there is a set of guidelines to follow & you can apply to Revenue Canada to have your "worthless shares" used as a tax deduction for a capital loss. Read the guidelines on how to go about claiming this loss. Ask yourself this; if a company is no longer listed on a stock exchange how can the exchange be used to determin a share price. The
