Mie wont back out of this deal...................lre wont back out of this deal..................the banks wont back out of this deal..................the market is afraid the deal wont get done................that is why the share price is where it is.....................in all my days of investing i have never seen an opportunnity like this...............you all make your own decisions......................but i believe the chinese are happy to acquire lre ............so much so they have put 10 million in escrow and also agreed to a 25 million performance guarantee.................thats 35 million guarantee on a 200 million deal....................anyway Mie is the ones who drew up the deal documents and they have obviously invested alot of time, money and energy into this deal....................ill say again...................this deal is done.
