Probably to some extent but IMO not likely enough to kill a deal. For example, if the purchaser is Sinoenergy Pacific it's not likely they just said ''Hey, this looks like a good buy, let's go for it''. These people do their homework and factor in all kinds of worst case scenarios before moving ahead with an offer, especially in this environment. LRE is a long term steal at ...more

If this were true Iliveinavan; Wouldn't the Chinese have been buying LRE shares a while back & even now. Since, according to you they have done all their homework & so any share under .52 is bonus to them. Also, they would have a voice at the table instead of relying on insiders & certain other shareholders. I say they are non-committal; in other words these gents are playing the ...more

Of course you're entitled to your opinion but I stick to my comment and am very confident in the process and integrity of those involved. Lots and lots of fear out there now Reflect, I guess the trick is to not let it affect ones ability to think logically. Andrew may be well past his prime and ready for pasture but I'm certain he's not playing games as that would be fraud. Time will ...more
