Question re: Short

As far as I see, short is not available for LRE, am I right? Please don't laugh at me if LRE can be shorted. I buy and sell (traditional way) and I never involve with option.

If you click on yahoo finance key statistics for LRE.TO https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=LRE.TO You'll see shorts were 0.6% of share float as of Feb.1/16 (half of prior month)
