well actually the lre board can still entertain higher offer
maybe suncor or some other company with expansion plans would like to bid on us................its a steal at any price under 1.00.................

Sinoenergy has to pay all LRE's debt + $0.52 per share + 75% of debenture with interest = CAD$770 M (as per Dec 21, 2015 announcement). Calculation: 770M/ 193,498,465 outstanding shares = $3.98/ share. I don't think Suncor or other co. will offer more than Sinoenergy. Suncor is still busy digesting COS.
