Sino knew this when they made their announcement on Friday
It is not like Industry Canada phoned Long Run this morning and told them there was a 30 day extension.
this has been known for quite some time and the clock has been ticking likely for several days or as long as two weeks.
Sino was advised and still went ahead with their press release on Friday morning. If they were going to walk away they could have. They did not.
The whole thing stinks but odds are still much higher of it closing than not closing.

I posted earlier that the average deal takes 71.5 days for review by the government. So extending beyond the initial 45 days is pretty much customary in this land. I won't be reading too much into it.
