Hmmmm, I wonder what, if anything, that means??? Exchange was up only 0.5% but Changchun stock was up 6% on BIG volume. Stock price now ABOVE their share offering price of ~18.80 yuan. Probably some big news over there but only a select few people know it. Next to no disclosure rules there. Such a clown show in China!

The stock price movement is normal. Even TMX  reflects the big share offering by dipping under the offering price if the offering price is not attractive. Then underwriting institutions have to pump up the stock price for certain period.
