I think it is a slight bit more complicated than that.

It just doesn't express clearly until it restablishes at a mean of stability on a newly evolved and selected substrate carried forward on a reduced perceptual chaos state of misunderstood meccesity. The pressure mediation ebb and flow shall subside to the next tide of time progression as is suitable to the neccesity of intelligent order.The present shall not remain sufficient to continuity, You may note the perceivable stressors in a variety of ways large and small. The challenging "hundredth monkey" constituent of the state of affairs.
