No. Oracle provides the EMRs (so I guess that could have been something WELL did) but the e-referral system communicates between the EMRs of different organizations and sends out the referrals accordingly. In this case WELL is providing the infrastructure between the EMRs.

The Nova Scotia contract represents about an 8% increase on CognizantMDs yearly sales. They bought 100% of it for 17 million. This is the same company that has exclusive access to Germany's market because it's the only one that meets the regulatory needs of that country.  They bought this company  very cheaply and it will be another huge organic growth story in a year or so. It

The Ocean platform is also the only platform that can communicate with multiple types of EMR programs (they are working on AI to be integrated on there right now too).
