All these analyst upgrade, aquisition, daily pump but Management are selling right before earnings.  Lololol.  Just look at how much stocks management have sold alone in 2023.  Beside all the shares given for free, these guys have hardly ever bought shares in the open markets.  Besides Hamed huge position that he got for almost free, no one holds more than 1% and Hamed holdings have dwindled quite fast down to 6%.  Just my 0.02 cents, always be diligent and follow the money.

I remember reading somewhere, but can't provide evidence that the C suite team doesn't take a salary and are only compensated by PSUs. Meaning that some of these insiders may need to sell small blocks to pay for something called "life".  The only "sale" that I can see that really matters is the COO for about 50% back in January but I can see this was a transfer

Do you do any DD at all or just make up stuff as you go.   All of these guys get a salary.  You really think people have no bills to pay every month and they just get shares for payment.  Lolololololol.  Come on.  WELL Health Technologies' CEO is Hamed Shahbazi, appointed in May 2018, he has a tenure of 5.17 years. His total yearly compensation is CA$1.64M

All the C Suite of WELL worked for TIO before it was sold to Paypal for 400M Canadian. I'm sure many of them received quite a nice sum from that sale and are working for more PSUs than Salary as you've proven above with Hamed.

You said they don't take any salary.  There is a big difference.  Btw, you read that from a post here by Monty and Speedy and ran with it that the CEO does not take any salary.  That is the extent of your DD.  This is why you should always do your own DD.  And trust me they all take a salary, don't know what your point is.  You think anyone is going to go to
