Now thats zero competition!

Only two producers given licences and ICC is one of them.

$2.50 in the very short term IMO

Read their PR "Earlier this year, ICC obtained one of two federal government licences from the government of Uruguay, allowing recreational cannabis production. In addition, ICC has obtained production licences for cannabinoid extracts."
