Can anyone explain why ICC Labs is so low?

When it comes to Canopy Growth I am absolutely impressed with the performance. But I am also looking at other stocks to invest in and I keep on going back to ICC labs. It is in the same sector, it came out with great news why hasn't it shot up? Its cheap. Can anyone explain why?

its simple many are trying to accumulate so buy slowly or try to bring it down some , I will try and buy some more at close .

Profit taking for new entry, company is doing well it's up 20 today will be up more overtime.

IMO ICC been targeted by some hedge outfit...notice basically all bars are red , stock opens near high of day and shorted then covered then repeat. THe more volume the better just blow these btards right out of the water into the 2- 3$ + range where it belongs

couldn't get any icc but managed to pick up some more of juju.a hold a lot of icc , both will be big movers .

IMO, the reason why the company has flown under the radar is because they are located in Uruguay. Although the headquarters are listed as Vancouver, BC, their operations are all located in Uruguay and for a lot of investors, that is a little off putting. However, I think it is a distinct advantage. They are one of the first movers in a huge market, South and Central America. Most countries in this
