Can't believe how many people don't understand

After reading some comments I can't comprehend how people can be invested in a company they know so little about.

Why you shouldn't care about the regulated price of $1.40
Every governments plan with legalization is to not only generate revenue through taxes but to hurt the black market and their sales. You do that by selling for less and the black market price for marijuana in Uruguay is $3. THIS IS WHY THEY SELL FOR $1.40 and they can because they are THE LOWEST COST PRODUCER IN THE WORLD.

Why you shouldn't care about the revenue and profit margins of their cannabis sales
Their goal is "TO BECOME THE WORLDWIDE LEADING PRODUCER OF CBD EXTRACTS." This process is 5-6 times cheaper than any competitor in North America and the profit margins of concentrates is ~75%.

Why you shouldn't care about the revenue generated from Uruguay
Uruguay has a population of 3.5 million. That's less than the province of Alberta. The main purpose of being situated in Uruguay is to take advantage of its geographical, political, socioeconomical position.

Uruguay is a member of the Mercosur free trade agreement. This group includes:
Brazil (population: 208M)
Agentina (population: 44M)
Venezuela (population: 32M)
Paraguay (population: 7M)

Combined total population of 295 million people. Uruguay accounts for 1.2% of this population.

Uruguay is positioned as a regional logistics hub, with a remarkable location as regards the wealthiest cities in the region. The free zone, free port and airport and bonded warehouses regulations provide an ideal framework for the setting up of distribution centers to supply goods to said cities.

The agreement also has Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Suriname as associated members with New Zealand and Mexico showing interest on the sidelines. The total population of these associated and interested countries is 260 million.

The combined total of all current and potential countries would come to 555 million people.

ICC Labs is segmented into an international market and recreational market. The recreational market exists to create an entry point in to the market itself and the international market exists to supply these markets with CBD extracts which will be their primary source of profits.

If most of what I said is new to you then you need to do yourself a favour and read the deck.

Production costs average $4/gram of CBD extract in comparison to Canadian LPs who average $20-30/gram.  Say no more.  Let the knuckleheads sell, lol.

Good post JohnnCash. Just to add a little more info. Uruguay's climate allows for one crop per year, Columbia's allows for 3 crops per year. We have room to grow in Columbia and I expect Columbia will prove to be a bigger asset than Uruguay. ICC plan to construct their own CBD oil extraction facility in Columbia, so the idea that they plan to be the worlds biggest exporter of CBD oils ...more

Seeing as how we have been trading more or less sideways for a bit, something will be coming through the pipe soon!
Comment by Investlongerter on Mar 07, 2018 8:31pm
someone just jumped ship and joined Ogi.

Yes, that was yesterday’s news. No big deal.

He's been gone from ICC for a long time
Comment by blackace on Mar 08, 2018 11:30am
That doesn't matter my point is he's just been hired by organigram. His roots are in Uruguay and therefore he has ties to Uruguay, which means potential deals with Uruguay. He's already come out and said he has aggressive expansion plans. Understand?
Comment by Rollins7 on Mar 08, 2018 1:51pm
First of all you said he 'just jumped ship' and went to Organigram, which is not correct - second, you're speculating that he may do business with ICC, he is from Uruguay and may have other ties to business in that country. Third, EVERYBODY and their pot-sniffing dog has "aggressive expansion plans".
