Bad harvest

Who knows? Would be good if they had a real " IR department" Might then know how they are making out with their 430 acres harvest and Columbia planting This definitely the "loser de jour" Can contact but they will refer you to SEDAR. Must be run by a relative they can't fire.GLTA

Why do you expect you are entitled to be told price sensitive information just because you ask? Or perhaps you don't understand that asking them to disclose undisclosed data about harvest etc to a retail investor on the phone is definitely not kosher. Referring  you to SEDAR is simply playing by the rules.

? Being transparent and readily available to provide answers to any investor inquiry is a core responsibility of a publicly traded company. You're accountable to the investors. In what world would you invest in a company and be perfectly okay with being left in the dark?

What do you not understand about "price sensitive information" ?  Lets assume that the information you asked for if released in a pr would immediately cause the sp to tank. What gives you the right to insist on advance knowledge so that you would become, in effect, an insider?  HARVEST RESULTS ETC IS PRICE SENSITIVE INFORMATION, GET IT?

just ignore them, grabing news out of their bhole isnt real news. If ppl are selling on that and losing money then i laugh but if their selling at this range and making money then good for them. For me if the pice stay at this range or less by end of week, then i will load up a couple more thousands to my position.

Your statement is to vague you need to be more specific, "Being transparent and readily available to provide answers to any investor inquiry is a core responsibility of a publicly traded company" Since when? Are you entitled? Referring you to SEDAR is the most accurate information possible. If they tell you about any developments that haven't been publically announced they could find ...more

Since when? The beginning of time. Are you entitled? Yes. You keep touching on insider info. I never said anything about that. Personally, my questions relate to news that has been made public already. Every publicly traded company in my portfolio has a point of contact except ICC. Whether it's to provide clarity on a recent news release or to ask them what they had for lunch; I have that ...more

JohnnCash: I must be misunderstanding what your asking? So your not asking for inside information however you want answers to news releases that have been made public already. Please explain to the board what those questions would be? Have you harvested? When is the 1 million square foot structure going up? I'm trying to understand what possible question you could ask on any news release that ...more
