No doubt about it; insiders, market managers, etc. manipulating this to allow for cheaper shares...for someone. Might as well be any one of us.

If you know anything about operations/business it does not happen overnight it is going to take time for Icc to build up there empire but once that happens there will be no looking back this company has a Hugh advantage over North America companies and will be successful it just a matter of time.
