Calculations
KerBer, u are still wrong with your calculations.
Somewhere it was said, that a 30ml bottle should contain native olive oil with 16,7 mg CBD extract per ml which means, that one bottle contains approximatly ~0,5g of CBD extract. At the beginning ICC Labs could produce 1g of CBD extract for 8$/g, dropping over time with more knowledge and experience earned in the process, targetting 4$/g. Concluding that, the production cost for one bottle of 30ml CBDiol should be around 4-5$ at the beginning, if you include the olive oil and the bottle itself.
In a news release previously announced ICC Labs stated that "The Company intends to produce up to 8 million 30-millilitre bottles of its branded cannabinoid oil, 'BIDIOL' with various concentrations and 3,000 kgs of pure CBD crystals upon completion of its laboratory."
Well, the full established laboratory could produce about 8 million 30 ml bottles and 3000 kg pure CBD crystals.
The price of CBD oil ranges widely, my calculation is based on a bottom lane retail price of 70 Cad per bottle.
revenue CBD oil: 8 mio * 70 Cad = 560.000.000 Cad
production cost CBD oil: 8 mio * 5 cad = 40.000.000 Cad
Other cost (botteling, selling, shipping, wages e.g.) ~ 100.000.000 Cad
earnings CBD oil: 420.000.000 Cad (~.75 margin)
In the internet I found 1 gram of pure CBD crystals for a retail price of 89.99 Cad. (https://www.buycbdcanada.ca/product/cbd-pure-crystal-isolate/). That means 1 kg is probably worth about 90.000 Cad
CBD crystals: 3000 * 90.000 = 270.000.000 Cad
This being said, with the laboratory being fully operational for 1 year and everything going after plan, there could be a potential revenue in the next few years of 830.000.000 Canadian Dollars.
However, the market isn't even that big in the next 1-2 years and some supply will be made by other companys.
That calculation should only show, what ICC Labs could be capable of without needing to make further investments into bigger production facilitys, if the demand is there.
Keep in mind that this is only a calculation based on the information of former news releases and own research and can differ a lot from the real numbers ICC will generate.
