I guess people dont want a 15-20% gain in 3 days.

Yea I'm surprised no one is trying to close the gap and make a little money. Are we guaranteed at $1.95? Sometimes they issue shares + cash

Where are you getting this information from? There are many steps still left for this transaction to be official. NR said it will close 4th Q. That can be end of December. I see no way that such a gap would be present if deal was guaranteed to be final in 3 days. Please list where you got this information from. Thanks
